Today let's talk about your relationship with humanity. 

That picture above was the 500,000 people who gathered for Woodstock in 1969.

I'm guessing some of you are thinking how AWESOME it would have been to go to Woodstock.

And others of you might be thinking that massive crowds sound like your worst nightmare.

In some way or another, we all need more connection with the sea of humanity. 

It starts in meditation...where you release the ways you are annoyed, locked up, frustrated...with people. 

Lose yourself to something BIGGER than you.
