Welcome to Day 18:

Rumi said, "You who are not naked, you can go back to sleep."

What does that mean?

Ask my friend Josh, who I visited yesterday in Tucson. 

The doctors told him he has a few months, maybe a few years to live. 

When you are 46 years old with 2 young children, that changes EVERYTHING. 

To those of you in my previous program, you've heard me talk about Josh before. 

His story keeps evolving. 

He is more FREE now than ever before.

To anyone who is even just a little bit distracted, or ungrateful, or asleep...this is a story about being ALIVE.
