On Friday, one of my most loyal meditators, Dave Conklin, passed on to the next chapter in his soul's journey.

He was introduced to meditation by his amazing wife Carol, who I hope will keep meditating with us, so we can keep Dave's spirit ALIVE.

Dave was a gold medalist in the 2002 Salt Lake Paralympic Games.

He was a STRONG til the end...
