Amidst devastation come stories of resilience.

These are 2 very different stories but equally empowering.

After the 2011 Tsunami in Japan, there was one tree in a forest of 70,000...that survived.

Just 1 tree that is now a monument of resilience for the whole nation. (above pic)

After last week's fires in LA, there is one 14 year-old girl showing the way for those who lost so much. (below pic)
